How long are member agreements?
We offer membership agreements from one-year to three-years in term. If you need longer or shorter term agreements, let’s talk.
Can I upgrade to a larger suite if my team grows?
Absolutely. Let us know with as much notice as you can and we’ll work together to get you the extra space that you need.
What’s included in the agreements?
We provide all-inclusive pricing for everything a growing, thriving company needs so that you can focus on building your business.
That includes secure, 24/7 access to your space as well as premium furnishings and the best waterfront views in all of Old Town.
You also get access to shared amenities, including a kitchen, printers, copiers and scanners, privacy phone booths, secure mail room, utilities, daily cleaning, coffee and filtered water, WiFi, and enterprise-grade conference rooms.
Can I enter into multiple member agreements for different units?
Absolutely. The suites have flexibility built in.

How quickly can I move in?
Our suites are move-in ready today. Our agreements are short and easy to understand, so you don’t need expensive attorneys to draft the lease.
You also don’t need a designer, architect, office manager or general contractor to build out the space.
This saves you months of lead-time and significant out-of-pocket expenses to get a new spec suite up and running.
